Responsibilities

Human Resources is responsible for the HR functions within the organization. Guidance is provided on the employee lifecycle including developing training opportunities, overseeing employee benefits, compensation and payroll, the hiring and exit processes, business compliance with both federal and state regulations, policy creation, performance management, amongst many other responsibilities. Human Resources will champion the organization's diversity and inclusion program providing support to the City of Belfast by providing organizational structure and addressing employee needs.
