Facility Rental

If you are interested in renting a Parks and Recreation Department facility, please note that all rental inquires for 2025 will fall under the new 2025 Belfast Parks and Recreation Fee Policy, approved by Belfast City Council on January 7, 2025.  

To rent a park facility such as the Belfast City Park pavilion, sports courts, or sports fields, you'll need to utilize the 2025 Facility Request Application (fillable PDF + e-signatures).

Once you have your form, please complete the fillable PDF, and return it to the Parks and Recreation Department via email or drop it off at Belfast City Hall, 131 Church Street, Belfast.  Please allow a minimum of three weeks for processing, and you may want to check in advance for availability by emailing or calling the Parks and Recreation Department.
