Ward Boundaries Ordinance Voting districts established. For purposes of all municipal elections, the City of Belfast shall be divided into five voting districts, also know as “wards”. The boundaries of such districts shall be established by virtue of Title 30-A M.R.S.A. § 2503 and by Article II Section 12 of the City of Belfast Charter as follows: Narrative description of districts: Ward One: Along the easterly side of the Herrick Road
