Request for Proposal 

The City of Belfast Harbor Department is inviting proposals for commercial entities interested in operating from City Owned docks, Floats, Launch Ramp and Breakwater. 

These proposals will be used by the City to approve and issue contracts required for commercial use, such as vessel charters, fishing charters, kayak rentals, etc. for the coming season from May 15^th through Oct. 15^th, 2008. Specific information regarding the intended nature of business will be required. 

Proposals should be submitted to: City Manager, City of Belfast, 131 Church St., Belfast, ME. 04915 on or before 12:00PM on Wednesday, December 5th, 2007. 

Information regarding these proposals should be requested from the Harbor Master’s office, the City Manager, or an appointed designee, at least twenty-four hours prior to the December 5^th deadline.
