Economic Development Director

The City of Belfast, Maine, population 6,700, is looking for an experienced Economic Development Director. This is a newly created position and the job description, along with the City’s draft Economic Development Plan, can be found on the City’s web site at www.cityofbelfast.org. The position reports directly to the City Manager.  Applications will be reviewed and a Selection Advisory Committee will conduct interviews with the appointment made by the City Manager, subject to the confirmation of the City Council. Salary to be commensurate with experience, knowledge, past success and capability.
