Meeting # 8

In an attempt to streamline the council meetings the following items are proposed as our Consent Agenda.  As in the past the items are voted on in one blanket motion to the affirmative.  One Councilor makes a motion to approve the items as stated, then another Councilor will second that motion and the whole Council votes.  If a Councilor requests an item be removed from the consent agenda; they do so during the adoption of the agenda.  If a member of the public requests an item removed from the consent agenda they can do so in the open to the public.  Suggested motions are listed and supporting material is enclosed.
