City of Belfast In an attempt to streamline the council meetings, the following items are proposed as our Consent Agenda. As in the past the items are voted on in one blanket motion to the affirmative. One Councilor makes a motion to approve the items as stated, then another Councilor will second that motion and the whole Council votes. If a Councilor requests an item be removed from the consent agenda, they do so during the adoption of the agenda. If a member of the public requests that an item removed from the consent agenda, they can do so in the open to the public. Petitions and Licenses - Consent Agenda Motion to approve an application Masuwerte Corp. d/b/a Oriental Plaza located at 176 Searsport Avenue, Belfast, Maine for a renewal Malt, Spirituous and Vinous Restaurant class liquor license, interior only, provided they are in compliance with all State, Federal and Local laws, rules and regulations. This is a renewal of their current license and there have been no issues with this establishment. 11) Business Motion to appoint Jon Rocheleau to the Energy and Climate Committee to fill a vacancy until July 1, 2009.
