replacement police cruiser.
D ) Discussion and action on awarding bid for
replacement flooring for police station.

discontinued road running through Yankee Trader Motel.
G ) First reading of Personnel Policy (ordinance)
amendments to reflect recent Council actions.
H ) Discussion and action on whether the city
should join ICLEI (Local Governments for Sustainability) to reduce air emissions

Festivals, Inc., to use public areas on July 19, 20, 21 and 22, 2007, for the
Maine Celtic Celebration, including Heritage Park, Steamboat Landing and Belfast
Commons, and a request to block off streets during the festival, which may
include amusement rides, a parade and fireworks.
