NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Belfast City Hall, Belfast, Maine, on June 5, 2007, for the purpose of taking testimony and comment from the public with respect to the proposed issuance of a general obligation bond to be issued by the City of Belfast in a principal amount not to exceed $145,000 to a local bank (the “Bond”), the proceeds to be used for the purpose of financing capital improvements at the Belfast Municipal Airport (the “Project”). The City Council will consider adoption of an Order immediately following the close of the public hearing, which order authorizes the issuance of the Bond in the principal amount of $145,000 to accomplish the Project. Copies of the order are available during normal business hours at the office of the City Clerk and are posted at Belfast City Hall and Belfast Free Library.
