City of Belfast The City Council will be conducting a joint workshop with the Comprehensive Planning Committee to review the proposed schedule and discuss the proposed revisions to the policies in the comprehensive plan regarding larger retail. This will be a work session with no opportunity for public to make comments. This meeting will be televised live on Time Warner Cable channel 7 (BEL-TV 7).
