            1)
Acknowledge the return of votes cast for the June 10, 2008 election. 

2) Request by Belfast Rotary Club for the second annual Walk for Education on Saturday, September 27th, 2008 from 9am to noon. 

3) Request by Waldo County General Hospital to hang banners for their 18th annual Garden Walk on Friday and Saturday, July 11th and 12th, 2008.

Adoption of the 2008-2009 Budget Appropriation Resolve. 

C) Discussion and possible action on a request by VFW for a donation toward their United States Flags drive. 

D) Discussion of Parks and Recreation Department request for a youth concert in Belfast City Park on Friday, July 4th, 2008 from 3pm to 9pm. 

E) Formal action on merging the Public Works and Parks & Recreation Departments, as previously discussed during the budget workshops. 

F) Discussion and action on transferring money from the Ambulance Capital Reserve Account to the Ambulance Supplies and Expenses Account #270-504, and waive the bid policy to purchase two new defibrillators.
