Section 653 MRSA 1964 a public hearing will be held on April 1, 2008 at 7:00
p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Council Chambers of Belfast City
Hall to hear an application by Foxy’s, LLC d/b/a Foxy’s located at 93 Searsport
Avenue, Belfast, Maine for a renewal Malt, Spirituous and Vinous
Restaurant/Lounge liquor license.

provision of Title 28-A Section 1054 MRSA a public hearing will be held in the

Foxy’s LLC d/b/a Foxy’s for live entertainment, music, vocals - Karaoke, DJ and

Pursuant to Title 30-A Subsection 4352, the Belfast City Council shall conduct a
public hearing in the Council Chambers of Belfast City Hall on April 1, 2008
beginning at 7:00 P.M. or as soon as possible thereafter, regarding a proposed
amendments and revisions to the City of Belfast, Code of Ordinances, Harbor
Ordinance Chapter 30, Sections 30-127 Boats used as Tenders, 30-155 List of
applicants, 130-162 Use by Non-registered vessels, 130-166 Numbering and
marking; 30-169 Design Standards.
The
proposed amendments along with the complete ordinance is on file at the City
Clerk’s office and is available for public inspection Monday through Friday 8:00
A.M. - 5:00 P.M., as well as posted on the City of Belfast web site at
www.cityofbelfast.org The public is invited to attend the hearing and voice
any comments, or may submit written comments prior to the hearing. Written
