City of Belfast A public hearing will be held at Belfast City Hall, Council Chambers on February 6, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter to consider an amendment to the City of Belfast Code of Ordinances, Chapter 42, Article II, Section 42-54 - Pay and Fringe Benefits within the Personnel Code. This amendments section (a) Compensation to add section (2) (a) 1a. to clarify benefits within the personnel code and updating the Fringe Benefits policy adopted on 11/17/98. The complete ordinance and proposed amendment is on file in the City Clerk's Office at 131 Church St. and may be viewed Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The public is invited to attend this hearing to voice any concerns or comments they may have.
