NOTE:  The Council has invited the Belfast Comprehensive Planning Committee to attend the meeting and has invited the Committee to offer comment during Council review of the Plan.  The Council, however, will not be accepting comment from the public at this meeting.  The Council solicited public comment at its September 8 & 10 public hearings and the purpose of this meeting is to allow the Council to review comment offered at these hearings and to decide how to proceed with consideration of the Future Land Use Plan.

A) Confirm process to review Future Land Use Plan. 

B) Review of Introduction Statement to Future Land Use Plan  

C) Review of Inside the By-Pass Area – Review of each of the 5 land use areas in the Inside the By-Pass Area 

D) Review of the Near the By-Pass Area – Review of the each of the 7 land use areas in the Near the By-Pass Area  - CONTINUED DISCUSSION FROM THE SEPTEMBER 17, 2009. 

E) Review of the Eastside Area – Review of each of the 6 land use areas in the Eastside area. 

F) Review of the Outside Rural Area – Review of the Outside Rural Area and approach to Home Occupations 

G) Comment on Other Components of the Plan 

H) Process & Dates to Continue Review of Plan and to Schedule a Future Hearing
