Accept with regret the resignation of David Florin as Paramedic with the Belfast Ambulance Service, effective August 29, 2007.

2)      Confirm the City Manager’s appointment of Cory Morse as full time Paramedic for the Belfast Ambulance Service as recommended by Chief Jim Richards. 

3)      Approve the request by Make-A-Wish Foundation of Maine to hold their fourth annual “Walk for Wishes” on Thursday, September 20, 2007 beginning at 6PM.   

4)      Approve in concept, the request by American Lung Association to end their 2008 Trek Across Maine in Belfast on Sunday, June 15, 2008. 

5)      Approve the request by Martha Bjelland on behalf of the Maine Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association to hold their Midcoast/Belfast Memory Walk on Saturday, October 6, 2007 beginning at 9 AM. 

6)      Approve the request by Mary Weaver on behalf of the Church Street Festival to hold their 28th Annual Church Street Festival on Saturday, October 6, 2007 beginning at 9:30 AM. 

7)      Approve the request by Arts in the Park to hold 13th Annual Arts in the Park on Saturday and Sunday, July 12th and 13th, 2008 in Heritage Park.  

8)      Approve the request by the Belfast Maskers to use the City Hall High Street parking area on Saturday, October 27th, 2007 from 2 to 3 PM to perform the play “365”.
