City of Belfast Pursuant to Title 30-A Subsection 4352, the Belfast City Council shall conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Belfast City Hall on July 5, 2007 beginning at 7:00 P.M. or as soon as possible thereafter, regarding a proposed amendments and revisions to the City of Belfast, Code of Ordinances, Harbor Ordinance Chapter 30, Section 30-72, subsection (e), Powers and duties; Section 30-165, Placing more then one craft at mooring and Section 30-167, 6) Pennants, as well as amending the Table Inset. The proposed amendments and revision along with the complete ordinance is on file at the City Clerk’s office and is available for public inspection Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. The public is invited to attend the hearing and voice any comments, or may submit written comments prior to the hearing.
