City Council Workshop

            The City Council will be conducting a workshop with the Retail Review Commission, Planning Board and Comprehensive Planning Committee. 

            Councilor Roberts has asked that the following items be included in this discussion: 

1) Retail Shopping:  75,000 sq. ft. cap. 

2) The Cell Tower Issue: (This is GPA Zoning Area) on the east side (all cell towers in general purpose area) 

3) Jerry’s True Value, east side – parking issues 

4) Route 137, Route 3 area - this is Residential Agricultural I Zoning District: Restaurants and other businesses in this area.) 

5) The Trailer Park issue on Swan Lake Ave, Route 141:  Safety issues and grandfather issues. 

6) Sign issue:  Why does it become a problem when we can use common sense? 

            The public is invited to attend, but not participate.
